He was the Head-Human Resources at Iffco Tokio Insurance Services and also the Head of Talent Acquisition at ITGI. At Tech Mahindra, he spearheaded key L&D initiates and was the Head - Global Leadership Cadre ( Flagship Program run for top 10 B Schools of India).
He played pivotal roles while setting up the HR Department at Inox Global Services Ltd and also during his stint at the Taj Palace Hotel. As a HR leader his experience is marked by success in building competitive advantage through talent development, change management, improving efficiency and mergers. Yunus loves theatre and music- though has been a failure as an actor
